Andy Smetana is an experienced professional with a diverse background in revenue generation and program management. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Nova Advisory since January 2022 and as a Podcast Host at CPM Customer Success from February 2024, Andy has held various leadership roles including Managing Director at PMCS Services since October 2017 and Program Director at both the Texas Attorney General and LCRA. Previous experience includes Director of Managed Services at Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and a Delivery Lead role at Accenture for over two decades. Andy's expertise encompasses ERP implementations, IT transformation programs, and project management, backed by an educational foundation that includes an Executive Readiness Training Program at The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kalamazoo College.
