Rama KK has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. From 2007 onwards, Rama KK worked at PMCS Services, a PRIME & PREFERRED VENDOR for the State of Texas(DIR), where their role was Talent Acquisition Manager. They were responsible for US-IT Talent Acquisition, Staff Augmentation, Staff Training, and Managing Operations.
Prior to joining PMCS Services, Rama KK worked at 9t9united from 1999 to 2007 as a Sr. Manager- HR & Recruiting.
Before that, Rama KK worked at Real Care infotech from 1996 to 1999 as a Marketing Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the launch of the first biggest e-Learning program in the state of A.P. They marketed Information Technology Applications and software programming (e-learning) tutors to corporates, educational institutes, training institutes, and individuals.
Rama KK completed their High School education from King George High School / Belgaum Military School / Rashtriya Military School Belgaum from 1980 to 1985, obtaining a degree in Xth. They then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1994 to 1996. Additionally, Rama KK earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application-PGDCA, specializing in operating systems, applications, software programming, and database administration from Data Computing Services.
