Julissa Alvarado has held a variety of roles since 2022. Julissa was a Digital Content Creator for InfluenceHer Collective and CollegeFashionista, a Makeup Model for Solstice Beauty Inc., a Midwest Region Lead Executive Leader for GirlsWhoSTEAM Inc., an ILAC Intern for IINSPIRE LSAMP Alumni Committee, an IHC x Prada Campaign Ambassador, and a BRAINterns Summer Webinar Series for Lenox Hill Neurosurgery. In 2023, they became a Brand Ambassador for Bubble, LYS Beauty, and PMD Beauty.

Julissa Alvarado has a diverse educational background. Julissa began their education in primary school at Robert C. Hill Elementary School, where they earned their Primary Education. Julissa then moved on to John J. Lukancic Middle School for middle school. After that, Julissa attended Romeoville High School, where they earned their High School Diploma. Julissa then went on to College of DuPage, where they earned their Associate of Arts in Psychology. Julissa is currently attending the University of Illinois Chicago, where they are working towards their Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
