Eldar Novruzlu

Eldar Novruzlu is a seasoned Civil Structural Engineer with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Civil Structural Engineer at PMD Projects LLC since May 2019, Eldar has previously held senior positions at ARTI CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN and LDB mmc. Earlier career roles include Structural Engineer at S&Q MART A.S. and Structural Design Engineer at GRANDPROJE MMC, with initial experience as a Design Engineer at GBS infosystem. Eldar holds a Master's degree in civil construction from Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, where studies were completed between 2001 and 2007.
