Nusrat Gurbanli

Nusrat Gurbanli is currently serving as the Lead QA/QC Engineer at PMD Projects LLC, with previous experience working at various companies in roles such as QCI, Lead QC Civil Engineer, and QA/QC Engineer. Nusrat has a Master's degree in Energy-Management from Azerbaijan Technological University and a background in civil engineering, quality control, and site engineering within the construction industry. With a strong focus on quality control and ensuring project specifications are met, Nusrat has worked on a variety of projects including ZapSib-2 in Russia and Azersu New Office Tower.
