Jaylene Davey is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Talent and Culture Manager at PMDL Architecture + Design since October 2022. This role involves comprehensive HR management responsibilities, including talent attraction, development, and compliance. Prior to this position, Jaylene held various roles at Finity from December 2014 to September 2022, including HR Business Partner, where Jaylene focused on employee lifecycle management and strategic HR projects. By assembling creative professionals with a team bias and complementary skills, we have a demonstrated ability to respond to a wide variety of design challenges and projects.
