In 2017, Quinton joined Pilot Software Holdings (Pty) Ltd as an Operations Technician, where they were involved in operational activities. Quinton later joined PME Cake Ltd in 2018 as an Information Technology Support Specialist. Quinton was responsible for supporting the IT and systems infrastructure of the company's UK and South African offices, and also provided support to their Spain office.
In January 2022, Quinton was promoted to the role of IT and Systems Lead at PME Cake Ltd, where they took on additional responsibilities for overseeing all aspects of the company's IT and systems infrastructure.

Quinton Muller completed their Matric education from Durban High School in the years 2004 to 2008. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various CompTIA certifications such as CompTIA Network Infrastructure Professional, CompTIA Server+, CompTIA CIOS (Certified IT Operations Specialist), CompTIA Network+ CE, and CompTIA A+ ce between the years 2016 to 2021.
