Chris Nichols serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Manager of Business Development at PMG Construction since October 2018, contributing to the firm’s reputation as a leading tenant finish general contractor in the Denver Metro Area. Prior to PMG, Chris held various roles at Tenant Planning Services from December 2001 to December 2018, including Consultant, Project Manager, Business Director, Business Development Manager, Research & Technology Manager, and Production Manager, overseeing client relationships and internal processes to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Chris also completed a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Northern Colorado and earned a real estate broker's license from the Armbrust Real Estate Institute.
