For the past 20 years, the Canadian Ministry of Transport, Transport Canada, has relied on PMG Technologies to manage the Motor Vehicle Test Center (MVTC). The MVTC, established by Transport Canada for compliance and research testing of motor vehicles is the only test facility of its kind in Canada and the most state of the art facility in North America.
