Chris Alvares

Chris Alvares is currently the Head of Technology at PMG, a digital agency. Chris has been with the company since 2011, previously serving as Senior Product Manager & Innovation Lead. In this role, they reported directly to the President and Founder, leading the engineering team to create visual marketing content and innovative big data analysis tools for some of the top fashion, retail and travel companies in their respective industries.

Prior to joining PMG, Chris was the founder of UpscaleRiver, where they created and marketed iPhone apps for both the Apple App Store as well as the jailbroken store. Chris was one of the first developers to publish an app to the App Store.

Before starting UpscaleRiver, Chris worked at First Rate, Inc as a programmer. There they created customized reporting software for financial institutions.

Chris Alvares graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing.
