Kaitlin McGrew has extensive work experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on search engine marketing (SEM). Kaitlin worked at PMG from 2017, starting as an SEM Manager and progressing to Senior SEM Manager, Strategist - SEM, Senior Lead - SEM, and currently holds the position of SEM Principal.
Prior to their time at PMG, Kaitlin worked at Wpromote, where they held various roles including Paid Media Intern, Paid Media Coordinator, Digital Marketing Specialist, and Client Success Manager. Kaitlin specialized in paid search, media, and social, and was responsible for managing day-to-day responsibilities, KPIs, and execution of strategies. Kaitlin also developed PPC best practices, standards, and training material for the organization.
Before their digital marketing career, Kaitlin worked at Babes Chicken Dinner House as a Waitress. During their time there, they displayed leadership skills by training new employees, organizing job duties for waitstaff functions, and implementing opening and closing responsibilities for the restaurant.
