Jaime Cruz Leo

Jaime Cruz Leo is a Project Engineer at PM Group since September 2022, responsible for managing the design change process and coordinating deliverables, schedules, and scope variations. In this role, Jaime oversees procurement strategies, facilitates communication between design and construction teams, and prepares reports for project handover. Previously, as a Mechanical Engineer, Jaime managed vendor meetings and procured equipment for process lines. Earlier experience includes serving as a Commissioning Engineer Assistant at Noor Energy 1, contributing to the development of a major concentrated solar power project by creating monitoring tools and autonomous control programs. Jaime holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering with Business from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Engineering with honors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wollongong in Dubai.
