Keith Sear

Keith Sear has a background in electrical and electronic engineering with experience in automation engineering and management of process, mechanical, safety, and information systems teams. Currently serving as the Process Group Manager and Deputy Director of Engineering at PM Group, Keith oversees complex projects in various sectors. Prior to this, Keith worked as an Automation Engineer at Fluor and a Senior Control Engineer at Silchester Control Systems. Keith also manages the Automation & Information Systems department at PM Group, providing technical solutions to improve operational efficiency for clients.
