Kevin Silke

Kevin Silke is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist currently with PM Group since January 2021, where responsibilities include managing recruitment activities to meet organizational hiring needs. Prior to this role, Kevin served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Life Science Recruitment, specializing in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors. Additional recruitment experience includes positions at Randstad UK as a Delivery Consultant, CAE Parc Aviation as a Recruitment Consultant for global airlines, and Hays managing pharmaceutical recruitment. Kevin’s educational background includes a CIPD Diploma in People Management, a Master's in Occupational Psychology, and an Honours Arts Degree in Psychology and Media & Communications. Kevin holds an ERF CertRP certification and has diverse previous experience in social work and language instruction.
