Prior experience includes roles as BIM Coordinator M&E at Expand Construction and DJ Builders & Contractors Pte Ltd, where Kingsley managed M&E sub-contractors, prepared construction schedules, and ensured compliance with design specifications across various projects, including the Esplanade Waterfront Theatre and a Google Data Center. Kingsley began the career as an M&E Coordinator and BIM Specialist at Makati Development Corporation, contributing to the development of high-rise residential buildings in the Philippines. Early professional experience includes serving as an Electrical Engineer at Robinsons Land Corporation, focusing on building operations and maintenance. Kingsley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines, completed in 2016.
