Matt Farrelly

Matt Farrelly has extensive experience in the construction and cost management industry. Matt began their career in 1982 as a Surveyor/Estimator at Cape Ireland Ltd, where they worked until 1985. From 1985 to 1986, they served as a Junior Quantity Surveyor at Venn & Milford. Matt then joined Beard Dove in 1987 as a Quantity Surveyor for two years. In 1989, Matt joined Northcroft, where they initially worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor until 1991, when they were promoted to Director - Portugal. Matt stayed at Northcroft until 1995 when they joined PM Group as the Head of Cost Management.

Matt Farrelly obtained a B.Sc. (Honours) degree in Surveying from Technological University Dublin, specializing in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, and Management. Matt completed their studies from 1978 to 1982. In 1997 to 1998, they pursued a Higher Diploma in Construction Law at Trinity College Dublin. Finally, in 2009, they received accreditation as a Mediator of Commercial Disputes from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
