Pooja Pradeep

Pooja Pradeep is a Human Resources professional with experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently, Pooja serves as a Human Resources Graduate at PM Group since August 2022, focusing on HR tasks such as onboarding, employee engagement, and internal coordination. Previously, Pooja worked as a People Manager at Agnos Inc. from January 2022 to July 2022, where responsibilities included setting up HR processes and managing HR projects. Pooja's early career includes an internship as a Human Resource and Recruiting Intern at Agnos Inc. and a Human Resources Intern at BLP Solar, where research was conducted on employee engagement during the pandemic. Pooja holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Human Resources Development from Christ University, Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from MES Degree College, India.
