Tom O' Rourke

Tom O' Rourke is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including construction, education, and technology. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at PM Group since July 2018, Tom specializes in the design execution of hyperscale data centers and technology parks in the EMEA region. Prior roles include Management Consultant PM at Bahrain Polytechnic and External Consultant for Qatar Foundation, contributing significantly to engineering education and innovation. Additional experience at Bahrain Polytechnic includes a tenure as Programme Manager and Lecturer, alongside roles at Dalkia Ireland and Xerox Europe Ltd, where Tom honed skills in project management and engineering.
