Tikondo Gilliam (Tiko)

Tikondo (Tiko) Gilliam is an experienced Behavioral Health Case Manager currently employed at PMHCC since July 2011. Prior to this role, Tikondo worked at NHS Human Services from October 2006 to November 2010 as an Incident Manager/PQI Specialist. Tikondo holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in School Counseling from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Criminal Justice from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, completed between 1993 and 1998.
