Before that, they attended College of DuPage from 1987 to 1990, achieving an Associate General Studies (AGS) degree with a focus on Information Systems. Joe has also obtained various certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2018 and ITIL Foundation from APM in April 2017. In 2017, they completed courses on Agile team-building and change management through LinkedIn. Furthermore, they are set to become a Chapter Leader in the Project Management Institute in 2023.
