Mathias Tölken

Mathias Tölken is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in project management and operational excellence. As Co-Founder and COO of Xuviate since March 2015, Mathias has played a pivotal role in addressing common business challenges related to project delays and unimplemented improvement ideas. The company has gained recognition as a Kanbanize Platinum Partner since 2019 and became a Premium Sponsor of the PMI Germany Chapter in July 2023. Prior to Xuviate, Mathias co-founded Space Age Technologies in 1994 and SAdes CC in 1997, demonstrating a strong commitment to technological innovation and entrepreneurial ventures since their university days. Mathias holds a B.Eng. in Industrial-Electronic Engineering from Stellenbosch University, enhancing a solid foundation for leadership in diverse business environments.
