Danny Morton was born in Saigon Vietnam, grew up in Washington and has resided in Hawaii for over 15 years. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Washington, a M.S. in Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University, and has attained three Defense Acquisition University Professional Certifications. A veteran with over 17 years of practical experience, in numerous Project Manager, Board Selected Program Manager and Executive roles leading technical risk, change management, and business transformation in the areas of: Enterprise Information Systems, Global Operations, Strategic Partnerships, Advanced Development, Procurement Contracting, Lifecycle Logistics, Financial Management, Health Systems Planning, Supply Chain Policy and Training Development. He served as Campaign Manager for a Hawaii State Senate race, and as a Consultant in Commercial, Non-profit, and Defense organizations. He is currently a Senior Program Manager with the Federal Government. He has been a PMI-HNL member since 2016, volunteering in Membership outreach, Professional Development Day, various conference events, and as a prime instructor for PMP prep courses. He is married to Tammie, a registered Intensive Care and Emergency Nurse. They have an adult son and teen daughter.
