Vivian Pham

Vivian has over 13 years of experience working at several financial institutions in a variety of roles from retail, business banking, community and government relations, and project management. She recently accepted a position at the City and County of Honolulu Office of Economic Revitalization to manage the Small Business Rapid Relief Fund. Vivian serves as Treasurer and Loan Committee Chair for Feed the Hunger Fund, a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that provides microloans to small businesses in the food and sustainable agriculture industry. She also volunteers her time with the Project Management Institute, Honolulu Chapter, and is currently the Volunteer Coordinator. Vivian also volunteers with the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii Young Professionals supporting the Mentor Hawaii program as a committee member. When Vivian isn’t working or volunteering, you can find her surfing waves, hiking, reading books or enjoying delicious food.
