Ralf Heiler

Ralf Heiler has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ralf is currently a Guest Lecturer at LUNEX University since February 2022. Prior to that, in July 2021, they founded Heiler Consulting, where they hold the role of Founder. In June 2021, they also served as the PMI - Corporate Ambassador Program Manager® at PMI Luxembourg Chapter.

In early 2021, Ralf was a member of the Board of Directors at both Silcolux Investments S.A. and Silcolux S.A., from January to April. From January 2013 to January 2021, they worked at FLAM as the Technisch-administrativer Direktor.

Ralf Heiler's work experience also includes roles in sports management. In 2014, they served as the Head of Youth Olympic Delegation Judo - COSL Luxembourg at the International Olympic Committee. In 2012, they held the position of Head of Olympic Delegation Judo - COSL Luxembourg at the same organization. Moreover, they have a long association with Judo KSV Esslingen 1894, where they worked as the Geschäftsführender Direktor from 1998 to 2012. In this role, they held multiple responsibilities, including being the HR Manager, Chief Trainer, and overseeing the operations of the club's fitness studio.

Before venturing into sports management, Ralf started their career as an IT-Project Manager at Landesbausparkasse Baden-Württemberg in 2000. Ralf worked on major projects, including "Joint Data Center Operation" and "Geschäftsprozessoptimierung" as an Innovationsmanager. Their responsibilities included project planning, coordination, and controlling, as well as directing and supporting processes.

Overall, Ralf's work experience encompasses roles in academia, consulting, project management, sports management, and IT.

Ralf Heiler attended the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a degree in Diplom-Betriebswirt in the field of Bank- und Finanzdienstleistungen. In addition to their formal education, they have pursued several certifications in various areas. Recently, in 2022, they obtained the certifications of Leading SAFe 5.1 Training from Agilemania and SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. In 2021, they achieved certifications such as PRINCE2® 6th Edition from AXELOS Global Best Practice, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC), Agile Scrum Master - ASM® and Lean Management® from Simplilearn, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC), Project Management Professional (PMP)® and CAPM® from Project Management Institute. Ralf Heiler also obtained Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2022.
