Pedro Balsa

Pedro Balsa is the CEO of Leapman S.L, a strategic consultancy firm involved in project management. Pedro serves as an expert for the European Commission evaluating proposals in the program H2020. In addition, Pedro is a member of the board of directors at PMI Madrid, where Pedro provides advice on project management matters. Pedro also has experience as the Director of a Master in Project Management program and has held various roles in different organizations related to energy, oil & gas, and project management. Furthermore, Pedro has a background in Mining Engineering and holds a Master of Business Administration.
