Charles Rosen

Charles B. Rosen, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in operations, finance, and strategic program delivery. Currently serving as Vice Chair of Operations & Finance for the PMI New Jersey Chapter since April 2013, Charles oversees financial records and chapter correspondence. Previous roles include Vice President of Programs and Director at PMI NJ, while also holding the position of Treasurer for the Somerset County Park Foundation since 2008. As Managing Member of Ethical-PM, LLC since 2003, Charles specializes in project and portfolio management across various sectors. Notable past roles include Vice President of Delivery at GalaxE.Solutions, VP of Finance and Consulting Services at PMOLink, and Division Manager positions at AT&T. Charles holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and a BA in Econometrics from Rutgers University.
