Joyce Nussbaum

Joyce Nussbaum, PMP, CIPP/US, is an experienced professional with a robust background in finance and compliance. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance for the PMI New Jersey Chapter since 2014 and previously as Director of Finance from 2005 to 2013, Joyce has significantly contributed to the chapter's financial management for its 5,500 members. At AT&T, Joyce has held multiple roles since August 2007, currently serving as Lead Privacy Analyst, where oversight of compliance programs and risk assessments is emphasized. Prior experience includes roles at Reuters as Operations Project Manager and consultancy work involving data center projects. Joyce has a solid foundation in project management from early career positions at Telcordia Technologies and IBM. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Management from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
