Diogo Torres Amancio

Diogo Torres Amancio serves as the Project Manager, Portfolio, and Agile Master at Adapttech since April 2022, leading diverse projects for both the company and external clients, utilizing agile and predictive methodologies. As a specialist in OKRs, Diogo also oversees the implementation and training of strategic OKR systems across organizations. Additionally, Diogo manages the Portfolio and OKR initiatives at PMI São Paulo, facilitating the development of strategic objectives and project monitoring. With a background in various organizations such as the Fórum Lixo & Cidadania and Minha Campinas, Diogo has demonstrated a strong commitment to community engagement and project management across multiple sectors, complemented by experience in founding a startup and conducting market research. Diogo holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, earned between 2010 and 2019.
