Ba Shelley Mendez

Shelley Mendez, BA, PMP, is an experienced IM\IT Project Director at the Real Property Division of the BC Government, where responsibilities include directing the implementation of multiple SaaS systems and managing change for a large team of internal SMEs and stakeholders. Mendez has held various leadership roles within the BC Provincial Government since 2008, including overseeing major procurement processes, leading IT service management functions, and focusing on continual service improvement initiatives. Additionally, Mendez is a volunteer facilitator for the PMI Vancouver Island Chapter, providing course preparation for PMP and CAPM certifications. Academic credentials include a BA in Economics and Computer Science, a Master's Certificate in Project Management, and several professional training certificates in change management and IT governance.
