Matthew Dolph is a seasoned product manager and engineering leader with extensive experience in product development and technical management. At Stanley 1913, Matthew currently oversees the hydrate product line, enhancing team capabilities and leading the successful development of the Quencher Flow State H2. Previous roles include senior product engineer at OXO, where Matthew managed product development across 50+ products and refined company-wide processes for modernizing product collaboration. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University, with a strong foundation in design engineering, prototyping, and technical mentoring, cultivated through diverse roles in academic and professional settings.
