Melchor Lim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in VDC modeling, BIM coordination, and structural design. Currently serving as a VDC Modeler/Coordinator/BIM at PML Professional Mechanical Ltd., Melchor collaborates with clients and consultants to resolve conflicts and analyze project scopes. As the Founder and Artist at VirtualRendering since 2001, Melchor manages a range of projects related to structural and architectural aspects of construction. Previous roles include Structural CAD/BIM Technician at Glotman Simpson Consulting Engineers and Project Lead at CadMakers, where responsibilities involved creating structural plans, project coordination, and delivering timely project reports.
