Cindy Washam is an experienced QA Analyst II and Account Manager at PMMC since December 2013, where responsibilities include software implementation services, revenue cycle analysis, workflow assessments, and ongoing contract accuracy analysis for healthcare clients. Previously, from February 2003 to November 2013, Cindy served as the Director of Team Support at Daniel, Ratliff & Company, managing a team of 15 in the Charlotte office and overseeing various administrative functions related to tax, audit, accounting, and business services. Cindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Appalachian State University.
