David Whitlow is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in network operations and systems analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Network Operations at Preferred Medical Marketing Corp. since February 2009, David has been instrumental in developing corporate controls for compliance with NIST, HIPAA, and HITech, as well as guiding the SOC II Type 2 certification process. Prior to this role, David worked as a Network Engineer at Blueline Computer, LLC, focusing on VMWare ESX Server configuration and enhancing clients' network systems. Earlier experience includes a Systems Analyst position at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where significant cost savings and efficiency improvements were achieved. David's career began in the United States Air Force as a Meteorological and Navigational System Specialist, where advanced skills in server administration were honed. David holds an Associate's degree in Applied Electronics Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
