Jordan Rushing

Jordan Rushing is an experienced Network Administrator at PMMC since June 2018, previously serving as a Support Specialist and Support Operation Center Technician at NASCENT Technology from September 2013 to June 2018. In the role of Support Specialist, Jordan provided Tier 2 support for the company's Support Operation Center, managing after-hours critical issues. As a Support Operation Center Technician, responsibilities included troubleshooting Windows Server and OS incidents, managing client and contractor calls, utilizing ticketing solutions for issue documentation, updating the knowledge base, executing stored procedures for error diagnostics, and addressing network and hardware issues related to proprietary audio and video solutions. Jordan holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Technology Integration from Central Piedmont Community College, completed from 2011 to 2013.
