Prior to PMMI, Maria held the position of Managing Editor at Chilton Publishing Co from 1993 to 1999, focusing on Food Engineering and Food Engineering International. Maria earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and English from the University of Scranton between 1986 and 1990 and has participated in various professional development programs.
