Ahmed Jadelrab

Ahmed Jadelrab is the Founder and CEO of Run PMO Consulting, with experience as an Independent Consultant and Community Ambassador for Enterprise Agility University. As a PMO expert, Ahmed has contributed to numerous organizations, including CEQUENS, where a PMO playbook was developed to enhance project management maturity. Efforts also included transforming PMO practices at Ventures Middle East and EY, focusing on governance models and reporting cadences to improve project delivery and decision-making. Volunteer roles include assessment of global PMO enterprises for PMO GLOBAL ALLIANCE and participation as a keynote speaker at conferences. Ahmed's educational background spans multiple degrees in engineering and project management, currently pursuing an EMBA at Jack Welch Management Institute.
