Jo Dourou Schrader

Jo Dourou Schrader is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and finance, currently serving as the Head of Portfolio Management Office for Finance Change and Enabling Functions at Tesco since May 2023. Jo has held pivotal roles such as Head of PMO at Cynergy Bank and Micro Focus, where significant achievements included establishing a central PMO for Finance and managing end-to-end service migrations. As the UK Ambassador for PMO Global Alliance, Jo is also involved in industry recognition as a member of the PMO Global Awards Judging Committee. Additionally, Jo is the Founder and Owner of Eudemonia Coaching Ltd., providing strategic life coaching certified by Robbins Madanes. Educational credentials include a CORe MBA from Harvard Business School and an MSc in Management of Training and Development from The University of Edinburgh.
