Stewart Rutherford

Stewart Rutherford has extensive experience in the building surveying industry. Stewart began their career at Graham & Sibbald as a Chartered Building Surveyor from 1999 to 2004. Stewart then joined Trident Building Consultancy Ltd as a Director, where they played a key role in establishing and expanding the firm's Edinburgh office. After almost 13 years with Trident, they left in 2017 to join PMP as a Director, responsible for managing the firm's Edinburgh office and overseeing business operations across the UK. In 2019, they were promoted to Executive Director, and in 2022, they further advanced to Managing Director. Stewart's expertise lies in providing technical due diligence advice in various commercial sectors and coordinating consultants for large-scale acquisitions.

Stewart Rutherford completed their education from 1997 to 2001 at Glasgow Caledonian University. During this time, they obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying.
