Brandon Grosh has extensive work experience in the management and real estate industry. Brandon started their career in 2005 at KB Home, where they worked as an Escrow Coordinator and then moved on to become a DUP Manager, responsible for coordinating transactions and meeting delivery goals. Brandon also served as a Land Associate, where they analyzed market data and reviewed land deals.
In 2009, Brandon Grosh joined PMP Management as a Director, overseeing property budgets and negotiating vendor contracts. Brandon later served as the Sr. Director of Community Management before being promoted to Vice President of Community Management. In their role as Vice President, they implemented policies and procedures, managed staffing plans and budgets, and maintained positive relationships with associations.
Most recently, Brandon Grosh has been working as the Executive Vice President at PMP Management. In this role, they continue to contribute to the company's growth and success.
Brandon Grosh attended California State University, Northridge from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Real Estate.
