Milana Dziamenskaya

Milana Dziamenskaya began their work experience in the food service industry, starting as a waitress at The Black Door in 2011. Milana then worked as a head waitress at Teigtache Restaurant in 2013, and later became a supervisor at Karaoke-Club "Caviar" from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, Milana transitioned to become a floor manager at Vogue Café.

In 2018, Milana took on the role of Kapitan waiter at MusicHall by Elefteriades, where they worked until 2020. Milana then worked as a manager at Restaurant "Names" from 2021 to 2022.

In terms of their business analysis experience, Milana joined IT Academy in 2021, where they completed coursework and gained practical experience. Milana worked on a final course project called "AdGamix," where they conducted requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for a web application. Milana also prepared various artifacts and developed skills in business analysis techniques and prototyping.

In 2022, Milana joined Itransition Group as a business analyst until June. Milana then moved on to work as a junior business analyst at PMP TECH starting July 2022.

Milana Dziamenskaya's education history begins in 2011 when they attended the Russian State Social University. Milana pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and graduated in 2016. In 2021, Milana enrolled in the IT Academy, where they studied Business Analysis for IT for a short period. Milana obtained a certification in Business Analysis for IT in October 2021. Additionally, in November 2020, they obtained a certification in Software Project Management at the Basic level from Belhard institution.
