Prior to PMR, Condon worked as a Merchant at The Home Depot, overseeing a division that generated over $1.3 billion in lawn and garden sales, and as a Buyer for Lawn & Garden at Ace Hardware, managing national programs that serviced over 5,000 independent retailers with annual sales exceeding $116 million. Condon holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Computer Science, with education from North Central College, Northern Illinois University, and Emory University.
