Karen Alfonsi

Karen Alfonsi has a diverse work experience in various leadership and management roles. Karen worked as the Managing Director of Human Resources & Administration at PM Solutions, where they were responsible for overseeing HR, recruiting, IT, and administrative support units. Prior to this, they served as the Director at Progressive Business Publications, supporting start-up activities and managing new product development. Karen also held a significant role at the Project Management Institute (PMI), where they served as the Associate Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing the organization's operational strategies and programs.

Karen Alfonsi has a BA degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with minors in Business and Communications, from Villanova University.
