Karin Barillot

Karin Barillot is an experienced product management professional, currently serving as Lead Product Manager at PMU since June 2022, where responsibilities include defining product vision and roadmap, identifying customer needs, prioritizing features, and managing a team of Product Owners and Managers. Prior to PMU, Karin held the position of Product Manager at SNCF Gares & Connexions, focusing on digital service management, and has extensive experience in project management from roles at OUI.sncf, where project deployments related to customer relations were implemented, and in consulting positions at notable firms such as Sopra Steria and Logica, addressing organizational changes and system implementations across various governmental and municipal agencies. Karin holds a Master’s degree from NEOMA Business School, attained between 2003 and 2007.
