Diego da Silva has a diverse work experience in the field of information security and fraud prevention. Diego also collaborated with hosting providers, security companies, and national fraud combat organizations.

Prior to Axur, Diego worked as an Analyst of Fraud at Iso expert internacional, where they focused on fraud prevention. Diego also gained experience as Technical Support at Prefeitura municipal de São Leopoldo.

Diego da Silva completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Segurança da Informação from Unisinos, starting in 2011 and graduating in 2017. In addition, they obtained several certifications throughout their education and career. In November 2017, they acquired the Information Security Foundation - ISO/IEC 27001 certification from EXIN your ICT competence partner. Continuing their professional development, Diego obtained the EF Level 7 - Intermediate - CEFR Level B1 certification from EF English Live in January 2016. Diego further enhanced their language skills with a General English Course at Greenwich Intermediate (B1) Level from the Oxford International English School in June 2018. More recently, they obtained various certifications in the field of data protection and privacy from EXIN.
