Felipe Decarli is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Tech Lead at Pmweb since May 2017, Felipe has successfully directed technical decisions, defined architecture, and established development standards, overseeing the refactoring and complete rewriting of a product to modernize the platform with microservices and API Gateways. Prior roles include a Senior .NET Developer, where Felipe worked on a high-availability e-commerce platform, and experience as a Software Developer and Analyst at various companies, including Boreo and Alltrade. Felipe also provides freelance development and consulting services through Decarli Tech Ltda since January 2024. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at Universidade La Salle, enrollment beginning in 2011.
