Marsha Shugrue

Marsha Shugrue has extensive experience in the IT field. Marsha began their career in 2004 as a Computer Specialist at WLAX-TV, where they were responsible for troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware, software, and networking problems, as well as training and assisting personnel on software issues. In 2007, they moved to the Embassy Workers Association as an IT Services, providing daily technical support for General Office and Back Office store operations and maintaining, installing, and upgrading operating systems. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at Ingersoll Rand as a Help Desk Analyst, providing first line of support for internal employees ranging from passwords resets to network troubleshooting. Since 2015, they have been working at PMWeb, first as a Senior Consulting Team Lead and then as a Senior Manager of Reporting Services.

Marsha Shugrue attended the University of Minnesota from 1992 to 1994, studying Accounting. Marsha then attended Rochester Community and Technical College from 2001 to 2002, where they earned an A.S. Degree in Liberal Studies and Computer Science. Marsha also holds an A+ Certified certification from Comptia.
