Verran Fehlberg is an accomplished legal and governance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the General Manager Governance and Company Secretary at P&N Bank since August 2021, Verran has previously held significant positions including Company Secretary at HBF Health, General Counsel, Company Secretary, and Chief Risk Officer at Australian Unity, and Legal Counsel at notable firms such as MinterEllison and Herbert Smith Freehills.
