Blaine Oakley

Blaine Oakley is an experienced software developer currently working as an Associate Software Developer at PNC since March 2021. Previously, Blaine served as a Software Quality Assurance Tester at BYK Additives for a brief period in 2020 and gained experience as a Capital Markets Intern at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited in the summer of 2014. Blaine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida, earned between 2013 and 2018.
