Dana Sassmannshausen

Dana Sassmannshausen, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at PNC since July 2009, currently serving as the HR Strategy, Execution & Technology Director, SVP. In this role, Dana leads the HR strategic planning team, focusing on the execution of HR's strategic investments and initiatives and collaborating with HR leadership to set the vision and prioritize organizational goals. Previous positions at PNC include HRIS Director, Senior Vice President, and various roles in HR Cloud Technology. Prior to PNC, Dana held positions at National City Bank as an Administrative Coordinator and Sourcer/Research Associate. Dana holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Franklin University, as well as a certificate from Carnegie Mellon University in Creating & Sustaining Value in Financial Services through ML/AI, and an Associate of Arts from Cuyahoga Community College.
