J Johnson

J Johnson is an accomplished auditing professional with significant experience in the banking and financial services industry. Currently serving as the Assistant General Auditor at PNC since October 2021, J Johnson previously held the position of Chief Audit Executive at BBVA in the USA for a brief period in 2021 and spent over a decade at BBVA Compass as the Director of Financial & Process Audit, where responsibilities included collaboration with Risk Management and Finance on ERM and CCAR projects. Prior to this, J Johnson was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2004 to 2010, specializing in internal controls and overseeing audit teams for financial institutions. J Johnson began a career at CapitalSouth Bank as an Internal Auditor/Controller from 1998 to 2004.
